Job Description

- Responsible for day-to-day operation with focus on sales management, customer satisfaction, operating expenses and shop’s profitability
- Foster good working relationship and communication between front and back of house
- Be an amazing example of service, leading the team to ensure excellent guest experience through warm and genuine service while maintaining a fun and relaxed working environment
- Supervise and train the team in accordance to the Company DNA
- Enforce and ensure compliance to Company SOPs, governmental regulations, food safety and hygiene standards within the store
- Any other ad-hoc duties base on operational needs

Job Requirements

- Preferably Diploma in Hospitality or related fields
- Minimum 2 years managerial experience in F&B – cafes/ restaurants/ similar capacity
- Passionate about service and people
- Good team player and self-motivated
- Willing to work on weekends/public holidays

Compensation

- Working days: 6 days/ week
- Working hours: 44 hours/ week
- Location: Swan Lake
